The inspiration came from this lady I saw at a football game here in Jacksonville. I loved the style of her shirt and thought to myself how cute it would be to make a dress like that for Kaelyn.
I would actually love to make one for myself but since I wasn't following a pattern, my thought was the smaller the better. Less material and time wasted. LOL
So, this is the end result. Since there was fabric left over I made a matching headband. Thinking about adding something to the handband to give it more oomph. Not sure yet....
